Finding out why the faculty members are not interested in the system change and what their reasons are. I will develop the objectives for my sessions with them, putting in mind the issues raised in my research. It will enable me determine actually what they need and find a means in order to reach a consensus with them. I would look into the constraints of their concerns and address them in a better way and ensure that they look in my direction of thinking (Fleisher Bensoussan, 2003). After analyzing the objectives, I would evaluate them so as to precisely whether they will be able to meet all the issues raised by the faculty. It should be done in a time that all the faculty members are not occupied or the university sets aside a specific day for conducting this exercise only.CommunicationCommunication is one of the fundamentals that should be done correctly for the success of an institution (Fleisher Bensoussan, 2003). I would assess their communication skills by carefully reviewing their conversation with the students and interacting with them verbally to identify what is needed to be done to improve their skills. After the establishment of the areas that requires attention, I would draft a solution to each a particular fault in their communication skills (Fleisher Bensoussan, 2003). At the end of the session, I would evaluate each of them so as to determine whether they are putting into practice what I had just taught them. It would also give room for identification of areas that still need change. The most appropriate model will be the Kotterà ¢Ã¢â ¬s eight step change model that will show urgency and persistence for a permanent change.LEMOSince this is a new kind of learning m ethod introduced to faculty, there was a need for the very intensive learning process by the faculty member to ensure its success. The importance of the training should be emphasized to them so as to curb the skipping of these training sessions. It keeps them updated on any system changes in terms of operations enabling them to handle them in a much easier manner. Since there is much attendance to this particular session it should be last enabling full attendance of all the other sessions and hence the success of the exercise (Godet, 2001). There should be an assessment of the system by computer specialists or technicians to determine why ità ¢Ã¢â ¬s not opening some course required by the students. A prompt solution should be found to salvage the situation if it is a technical fault.Reduction of whiningThis can be achieved by finding ways of how to boost the morale of faculty.
